Before you connect
Charge your device, switch it on and follow its manufacturer’s pairing instructions. Enable Bluetooth on your phone or computer. If another app is using the device, disconnect it there before trying ErosVibe.
Compatibility depends on the device model and connection protocol. ErosVibe does not claim to support every Bluetooth product. If you are unsure, contact support with the manufacturer and exact model name.
In the mobile app
- Open Control and select Connect.
- Sign in if requested and allow the Bluetooth permissions required by your platform.
- Follow the in-app device selection flow. Keep the device close until the connection is confirmed.
- Choose a control mode and begin at a comfortable, low intensity. You can stop the session using the in-app controls or your device’s physical controls.
In a web browser
Web connections require a browser with Web Bluetooth support, such as a supported version of Chrome or Edge on desktop, or Chrome on Android. Web Bluetooth is not available in Safari or browsers on iOS, or in Firefox.
Use Control → Connect, then select your compatible device in the browser’s device picker. The Web client supports point-to-point GATT devices. Broadcast-only devices require the mobile app.
If the browser cannot connect, use the mobile app. The remote controller side can work without local Bluetooth; the host needs a compatible connected device.
If the device does not appear
- Check power, pairing mode, Bluetooth permissions and distance.
- Disconnect the device from other apps or phones.
- Confirm that the browser and exact model are supported.
- Follow the manufacturer’s restart instructions, then retry.
Contact support with your device model, operating system and app or browser version if you need help. Never share pairing credentials publicly.
